He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Viola Martha Wilson (Smith); his wife Mary McGinnis; and his siblings, Francis Johnson, John Wilson and Bernard Wilson.

He is survived by: his children, Judy Taylor (Curtis) of Blue Springs, Jerry Wilson (Michelle) of Altamont and Larry Wilson (Robin) of Altamont. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Altamont United Methodist Church or to the family to be distributed among JB's caregivers.
