He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Lee McNeel (Hathaway) and John Thomas McNeel. He is survived by: his wife Pam Boyer; his son Ryan McNeel (Jennifer) of Midland, TX; his sister Hazel Woody of Gallatin; and his grandsons, Brock and Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
Services will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to First Christian Church, Gallatin, MO in care of the funeral home.
