He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Shipers (Hancock) and Eddie Glen Shipers; his stepfather Orva Huff; his brothers, Richard and Gary Shipers; his son Scott Shipers (Andrea) of Kearney, MO; his grandsons, Brody and Briggs Shipers; and his sister Robin Mason. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
