He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Sr. Lowe and LaFern Lowe (Annis). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Walker (David) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Delmond Lowe, Jr. (Bonnye) of Gallatin; his grandchildren, Pamela Arban (Frank) of Cerritos, CA, Kathy Kerns (Justin) of Kearney, Molly Kurtz (Eddie) of Gallatin and Trevor Lowe (Brittany) of Winston; and his siblings, Victor Jr. Lowe (Marilyn) of Kansas City, Keith Lowe of Liberty and Dena Fry (Al) of Plattsburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Hillcrest Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
