He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Van Buren Stevens and Retha Berry Stevens; his son Jeffery Stevens; and his brother Raymond Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Hale; his daughters, Pamela Hamilton (Craig) of Poplar Bluff and Amanda Potton (Jason) of Old Hickory, TN; his grandchildren, Carter Rogers, Macie Rogers of Old Hickory, Ethan Hamilton (Lindsey) of Patton, MO, Riley Hamilton (Janae), Lauren Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton of Poplar Bluff and Kurtis Stevens of Herculaneum; and his siblings, Barbara Stevens DeBerry of Fredericktown and Roger Stevens (Ruth Ann Skaggs) of Fredericktown. He is also survived by three great grandsons.
