She is survived by: her husband Jim Cook; her daughters, Jami Cook, Jennifer Cook (Larry Winberry) and Adreanna Lachance; and her siblings, Bill Boatright (Kathy), Alan Boatright, Theresa Boatright, Sharron Montgomery (Jess), Sheila Kelley (Ronnie Darnell) and Mary Brotherton (Greg). She is also survived by grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
