He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Shorty" and Dora Mae Marlin (Thornbrugh); his significant other Susan C. Young; his sons, Loy Glen Marlin and Jimmy Wayne Marlin; and his siblings, Robert Alan Marlin, Charles Marlin Jr., June Tesh, Frances Drake and Charlene Standeford.
He is survived by: his significant other's children, Kristy Young of Stilwell, Frankie Hargis of Stilwell, Steven Hargis (Shamekah) of Westville, Michael Hargis (Cary) of Stilwell and Julia Lynn Carlton (Mark) of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Travis Thomas (Maranda), Tyler Thomas (Madison), Courtney Hargis, Adam Carlton, Zachary Carlton, Colter Keehler, Reagan Hargis and Rider Keehler; his great grandchildren, Brycee Thomas, Braxton Thomas, Evan Thomas, Chandler Thomas and Ella Hill; and his siblings, Tommy Marlin (Jackie), Billy Jack Marlin, Ellen Diamond (Jerry), Georgia Dickerson (David), Edith Davenport and Bonnie Marlin.
