He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Hibben and Bernice Hibben (Aubrey); his brother Timothy Charles Hibben; his wife Patricia Ann Hibben of Forsyth, Missouri; his children, Cathleen Ridder (Richard) of Saratoga, California, Richard Hibben Jr. (Debra) of Long Beach, California and John Hibben (Veronica) of Huntington Beach, California; his grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, Lynette, Brian, Jennifer and Stephen; his great grandchildren, Emma, Connor and Olivia; his brother Arthur Hibben (Sally) of Huntington Beach, California; his nieces, Sandra and Theresa; and his nephew Jeffrey.
