He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Washburn and Helen Washburn; his former wife Phyllis; his daughter Sandra; and his siblings, Bill Washburn (Donna), Winston Washburn (Patty), Lila McMillan (Bob) and Judy Atkins (Joe).
He is survived by: his spouse Dorothea Langenheim of Germany. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and many many friends.
