He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kerwin and Ruby Johnson Kerwin; and his former wife Iwana Kerwin. He is survived by: his significant other Becky Julich of Forsyth, MO.; and his stepchildren, Gary Perry of Bartlesville, OK., Pam Perry of St. Louis, MO., Mariah McCoy of Forsyth, MO. and Bobby Julich of Thayer, KS.. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren.
