He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ratcliff (Ford) and Lawrence Ratcliff; and his brother Steven Ratcliff. He is survived by: his former wife Cathy Jean Davis; his wife Cathy Jean Eckley; his children, Mischelle Milton (Jim) of Texas, Balynda Eckley of California, Amanda, Chase of Texas and Andrew Eckley of Texas; his stepchildren, Dina Still of Texas, Daniel Still of Wisconsin, Jason Martz of California and Stephen Hickey of Texas; and his siblings, Joy Williams (Skip) of Tennessee, Darlene Doughtey of California, Susan Shafer (Fred) of Colorado and Martin Eckley of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
