She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Oetterer and Helen Oetterer; her husband Gary L. Monroe; and her nephews, James (Angie), Jeff (Tina) and Adam (DeAndra Monroe). She was also cherished by seven great-nieces; two great-nephews; four great-great-nieces and one great- great- nephew and many friends.
