She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Clendenon and Beedie Clendenon (Donelson); her husband Elmo D. Smith; her siblings, Nell Ridgway (Al), Lucille Ross (Alton), Maurelle Nance (Ned) and John R. Clendenon (Jane); her son Gary L. Smith (Barb); her grandsons, Stephen J. Smith and Tim J. McDaniel; and her great great grandchild Adeline McDaniel-Prater (Eileen Neely).
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Gail Martin (Mike); and her grandchildren, Lisa Burdess (Greg), Kevin McDaniel, Keith McDaniel (late Angie), Rick McDaniel, Chuck McDaniel (Laurie), Terry Donnelly, Dan J. Smith (Julie), Carol M. Birk (Brad), Sarah J. Schlereth (Ed) and Paul R. Smith. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren and other family members and friends.
