He was predeceased by: his parents, Miller Pierce Johnson and Dorothy Lee Johnson; and his nephew Brian Scotti. He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson; his sisters, Diane Scotti and Jeanne Schmitt (Bill); his niece Annette Bloomfield; his nephews, Greg Schmitt and Douglas Scotti; and his sister-in-law Juanita Steiner (John). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
