He is survived by: his mother Mildred Lewis; his wife Mary Lewis; his children, Tanisha Einsporn (Tommy Cardwell) and Ashley Dudley (Michael Williams); his siblings, Harold Read Lewis (Mary Jo Fischer) and Debra Braun (George); and his friend Bill Maness (Denise).
