She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Albrecht (Jost) and Herbert Albrecht; her husband Charles K. Cox (Ken); her sister Geraldine; her brother-in-law Clarence Rennecamp (Spiv); and her cousin Dianne McCarthy.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon O'Driscoll (Anthony) of St. Albans, MO and Karen Wadlow of Ballwin, MO; her grandchildren, Patrick O'Driscoll of Dallas, TX, Jeremiah O'Driscoll of Maryland Heights, MO, Kalli Nichols of Ballwin, MO, Colleen Wiechnan (Chris) of Erin, TN and Sarah Wadlow (Taylor Powers) of Wentzville, MO; her great grandchildren, Darrow O'Driscoll and River Powers; and her cousin Richard Rennecamp (Debbie) of Town.

When talking with her, I always felt happier at the close of our conversation! To me she was strong, resilient, optimistic, a great cook and baker, and she dearly loved and supported her family. Gladys generously helped me with many church activities, and I will always be grateful she has been part of my life!”
