He is survived by: his wife Rita; his former wife Janet; his children, Jason Wiley (Beth), Cara George (Brian Sadewasser) and Kayla Hornburg (Joe); his stepson Ryan Goetz (Tara); and his grandchildren, Julian George, Caeden, Annaleise Hornburg, Drew, Hannah Goetz and Maynard.
