He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel D. Cook and Lula W. Cook (Wyett); his brothers, Harold E. Cook, Shirley Ray Fuzz Cook, O. V. Cook and Millard Cook; and his son-in-law Robert Terry Hamilton, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Monette Cook (Adair) of Festus; his children, Joel Cook of High Ridge, Eric Barnwell of Cape Girardeau, Tony Cook of Florida, Yvonne Harmon of Texas, Sabrina Monette Hamilton of Festus and Angelina Simmons (Kevin) of Florida; his sisters, Patricia Riley of Dupo, Marilyn Montgomery of St. Louis and Delores Bot of Springfield; his grandchildren, T. J., Aaron, Alains, Shelby, Alexandria, Kaylin, Isabel, Jasmine, Trinity and Joseline; and his great grandchildren, Jaden, Carter, Kane, Isabella, Bellamy and Rose Monette. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
