He was predeceased by: his parents, James Austin McDaniel, Sr. and Helen E McDaniel (Buscher); and his brothers, Jim and Phil. He is survived by: his wife Janet Klussman; his son John Paul McDaniel II; his daughter-in-law Amy McDaniel (Glaze); his grandchildren, Max of Festus and Molly McDaniel of Festus; and his brother Fred McDaniel of Bonne Terre.
