We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2020, at the age of 87, Dorothy Mitchell (Fayette, Missouri), born in Danville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, David Lee Jr., Janice Sheets and Joseph Mark; and her grandsons, David K. and Jason Gordon.
She is survived by: her husband David Gordon; her children, Ginger, Jim, John, Allen, Keith and Patty; her grandchildren, Kelly, Chris, Ella, Shanna, Ireland, Megan, Cassie, Elizabeth and Keely; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Kevin, Damon and Addeline. She is also survived by friends were animals, especially cats.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be sent in her memory to the ASPCA or the St. Louis Zoo.
