He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis McKinney and Nellie Irene McKinney (Owens); his wife Patricia McKinney (Priday); his son Steven McKinney; and his brothers, Doug, Dewayne and Don McKinney.
He is survived by: his children, James McKinney (Sandra), Greg McKinney (Hannah) and Lisa Harris (Tim); and his grandchildren, Jody Hannah, Nathen McKinney (Tiffany), Cole McKinney (Ashley), Chad McKinney (Anndee), Danyelle McClellan (Justin) and Dustin Harris (Caitlin).
Memorials, if desired, may be made to Pendleton Baptist Church of Doe Run.
