He is survived by: his mother Rita Horn (Dunn); his children, Kayla Crowson, Madalyn Raith and Justin Barton; his siblings, Jessica Middleton, Jen Goggin, Sheena Smith and Harley Goggin; and his aunt Brenda Romero (Mike).
