She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Reddington and Gladys Reddington (Hilt); her husband Robert "Bob" Cook; and her brother Joseph Eugene Reddington. She is survived by: her sons, William Cook of Farmington, MO and Joseph Cook (Aey) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandson Quinn Cook; and her close friends, Bonnie Henson, Diana Sitzes, Geneva Jokerst and Karen Marks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members.
