She is survived by: her mother Alma "Tommie" Hawkins (Murphy) of Farmington; her sister Mary Ann Burch (Tom) of Farmington; her niece Kristee Bloom (John) of Irondale; her nephew Keith Burch (Casey) of Farmington; her great-niece Lindsay Bloom; and her great-nephews, Ty Burch and Brody Burch.
