He is survived by: his son Michael Bingham (Robin); his daughter-in-law Linda Bingham; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Kendra, Hannah, Holly, Kellie and Rylee; and his siblings, Gary Bingham (Carol), Lowell Bingham (Connie) and Carla Salyer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and many special friends.
