He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Genevieve Bolton, Sr. (McGovern); and his pets, Tiger, Boots, Scruffy and Zoey.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Bolton (Kirkpatrick); his pet Kala; and his siblings, Dr. Michael Bolton (Bernedette) and Katherine Addington (Harold). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Ken Bolton 's name.
