He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Ward Stam and Nellie Stam (Howell); his sister Barbara Kelley (Larry); his in-laws, Oral and Verna Cole; and his brothers-in-law, Herbert Beck and Cecil Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Stam; his son Darren; his daughter-in-law Christina Stam; his daughter Lori Bryan; his grandchildren, Madelyn Stam, Claire Stam, Kate Stam and Ava Bryan; his sisters, Ruth Watkins and Susan Billedo (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Beck and Michael Cole (Kathy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
