He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin L. Barton and Isabelle R. Barton (Mothershead); and his wife Jane H. Barton (Amrhein). He is survived by: his children, Laura Ruest (Mike) and Craig Barton (Mary); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Barton and Erica Ruest. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
