He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley and Hazel Ilean Burch (Waters); his brothers, Bob and Bill Burch; and his brother-in-law Eddie Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Yavonne Burch (Shell); his children, Sheldon "Pete" Brotherton (Pam), Eric Burch (Lisa) and Shannon Burch (Dawn); his grandchildren, Travis Brotherton, Brendon Burch and Madison Burch; and his siblings, Warren Burch (Chris), Doris Umfleet (Delmar) and Patty Terry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
