He is survived by: his parents, Michael Turner (LaDonna) of Neelyville and Marie "Lester" Cassinger (Bill) of Doniphan, Missouri.; his children, Michael Turner (Alyssa) of Doniphan, Marijane Turner of Poplar Bluff, Maddison Turner of Doniphan and Mason Turner of Doniphan, Missouri.; his stepgrandparents, Marvin, Sue Ritter of Neelyville and Barbara Turner of Neelyville, Missouri.; his sisters, Sonya Turner Hart (Andy) of Doniphan and Ashley Turner of Doniphan; and his grandson Michael Daxton Turner. He is also survived by four nieces, two nephews and one great nephew.
