She is survived by: her husband Orville Culbertson of Fair Play, MO; her grandsons, Michael and Ronnie; her great grandchildren, Chasity and Kaitlyn; her sons, Richard Culbertson (Debra) of Fair Play, MO, Randy Culbertson (Kay) of Fair Play, MO, Mickey Culbertson (Lou) of Fair Play, MO and Donald Culbertson (Millie) of Rogersville, MO.; her sister Shirley McCormick of Ozark, MO; and her sisters-in-law, Jewell Culbertson of Fair Play, MO, Freeda King of Springfield, MO and Waunetta Edgington of Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
