She is survived by: her parents, John Jones and Stella Jones (Wells); her brothers, Phillip Edward Jones and John Henry Jones; her sister-in-law Karen Jones; her niece Heather Jones; her nephew John David Jones; her children, David Patel and Gina Patel; and her grandchildren, Kalan Patel and Gia Patel.
Penelope requested that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to a group or organization of your choice.
