He is survived by: his daughter Billie Ann; his spouse Pat Yokel of Elsberry; his siblings, Melvin Yokel of Missouri and Yvonne Shields of Temple, TX; his sisters-in-law, Coletta Yokel of Elsberry and Glenda Yokel of Greenville, MO; and also Billie Ann Yokel.
