He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Emma Stiles Turner and Robert Turner; his brother Scott Windfield Turner; and his wife Leta Turner. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Marie and Kristen Wayne; his close friend Jane Bossard of Elsberry; his children, Tammy Turner (Kevin Hunter) of Elsberry, Lisa Turner (Curtis Biggs) of Clarksville, MO and Kris Turner of Overland, MO; his siblings, Bobby Tylor Turner (Goldie) of Louisiana, MO, Norma Jean Blair of Mt. Sterling, IL, Ora Jane Fischer of St. Charles, MO, Virginia Lee Sotelo (Everisto) of Littleton, IL, Lloyd Eugene Turner of Louisiana, MO, Leona May Ryland (J. R.) of Louisiana, MO, Frederick Richard Turner of Louisiana, MO, Priscilla Rose Klingler (Robert) of Plymouth, IL and John H. Turner (Marygail) of Bowling Green, MO; his sister-in-law Ida Belle Turner of Clayton, IL; and also, Lisa Ochsenbine of St. Clair, MO and Loretta Cooley of St. Clair, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
