He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Richter; and his siblings-in-law, Jack and Cathy Gibson. He is survived by: his father Michael Richter; his wife Taryn Richter of Elsberry, MO; his children, Devan Richter of Chicago, IL and Kirsten Gibson of Elsberry, MO; his stepmother Helen Golden-Richter of St. Peters, MO; and his sister Michelle Whitrock (Michael) of St. Peters, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
