It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Lilley of Elsberry, Missouri, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lilley and Clara Francis Lilley (Thomas); and her daughter Berniece. She is survived by: her sisters, Joy Lou Early and Peggy Hall; and her friends, Janice Hare and Jeanette Brooksher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
