She was predeceased by: her parents, Neale Nichalos and Bernice June Norton Woods; her sisters, Carolyn Redford and Arlene Farris; her grandson Colt Alan Woods; and her husband Robert Woods.

She is survived by: her children, Lorance Lynn, Richard Wayne, James David, Rebecca Ann, Lorance Woods (Sherrie) of Powell, WY, Richard Woods (Debra) of O'Fallon, MO, David Woods of Trenton, MO and Rebecca Maschmeier (Michael) of Belleville, IL; and her sisters, Sara Jeffries (Royce) of Downing, MO, Rita Palomo and Marilyn McCluey (Harry) of Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
