He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Suddarth and Helen Marie Burkamp Suddarth; his stepfather Robert Jackson; and his sister Sandra Powell. He is survived by: his wife Joan Suddarth (Powelson) of Elsberry; his brother Jerry Suddarth; and his stepsisters, Mollie Wells and Sherry Berry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and friends.
