It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Theodore Collins (Elsberry, Missouri), born in Pomona, California, who passed away on September 9, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Collins and Lotta Mae Whipp Collins; and his siblings, Stella Collins, Elizabeth Houston, Violet Walker and William "Bill" Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Collins of Elsberry; his children, David Collins (Debbie) of Weeki Wachee, FL, Tami Nichols of Oviedo, FL, Joy Kick (Mark) of Berger, MO and Bob Collins (Judy) of Elsberry; and his brother Jack Collins of Pomona. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
