She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Parker Birkhead and Benjamin Birkhead; and her siblings, George Birkhead, Oren Birkhead, Jr., James Donald Birkhead, Helen Lee Tayon, Sharon Sue Benny, Martha Ellen Wayman and Dorothy Elaine Hilton.
She is survived by: her children, Ben Wagner of St. Peters, MO and Marcia Fakes (Wes) of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Benjamin Wagner (Josie), Elizabeth Riley (Brad), Joshua Wagner, John Fakes and Sally Fakes-Kowalski (Matt); her siblings, John Milton Birkhead (Linda) of New London, MO and Jean Frances Brown (Bob) of Troy, MO; and her sister-in-law Anna Mae Birkhead of New London. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
