With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James William Conner of Elsberry, Missouri, born in Louisiana, Missouri, who passed away on June 24, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis William and Mary Ellen Siard Conner; and his sisters, Velma Lee Daschene and Verna Rose. He is survived by: his wife Penny Conner of Elsberry; his daughter Casey Conner of Mexico, MO; his stepsons, Kyle and Caleb Powers of Elsberry; his grandchildren, Dylan Powers, Timothy Conner and Adelynn Conner; and his brother William Perkins (Gayle) of Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
