He is survived by: his wife Sue Richards of Elsberry; his children, Jennifer Richards of Elsberry, Regina Reynolds (Mark) of O'Fallon, MO, James Randall Richards, Jr. of Elsberry and Nancy Harrelson (Dave) of Eolia, MO; and his grandchildren, Timothy Richards, Jaime Richards, Megan Harrelson, Jacob Harrelson and Tyler Harrelson.
