He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Callaway and Peggy Callaway; his brother Chuck Callaway; and his brother-in-law Ron Dieleman. He is survived by: his daughter Tami Hartley (Mike) of Elsberry; his grandsons, Michael Hartley, Devin Hartley, Zach Barber and Blake Callaway; and his siblings, Ronnie Callaway (Teannie) of O'Fallon, MO, Connie Billington (Tom) of Bridgeton, MO and Donna Dieleman of Lake Ozark, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
