He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Gene Massie (McGuire) and Dan Louis Massie; his son Lucas Allen Massie; and his brother-in-law Ben Parrish. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Massie (Ashley) of Nashville, TN and Travis Massie (Kristen); his grandchildren, Lincoln Paul of Farmington, MO and Hallie Blair Massie of Farmington, MO; and his siblings, David Massie (Trena) of Elsinore, MO, Dale Massie (Carol) of Ellington, MO, Brenda Parrish of Walnut Grove, MO and Nathan (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be mailed to Missouri State Parks, Business Services Program, Donation, PO Box 176, Jefferson City, MO 65102. Checks should be payable to Missouri State Parks and the memo line should note "donation on behalf of Steven A. Massie.".
