He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Mae Pitzer Jones and Earl Jones; and his sister Irene Moots. He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown; his children, Joey Jones and Erica Jones of Kirksville, Missouri; his sister Virginia "Ginny" Morrison of Columbia, Missouri; and his close friend Jennifer Klocke of Edina, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
