He is survived by: his father Clyde Woodworth; his girlfriend Dawn Garnett of East Prairie; his children, Marcus Eugene Woodworth of East Prairie and Isabella Renay Woodworth of Charleston, Missouri; his brothers, Eric Woodworth (Tasha) of East Prairie and Michael Anthony Woodworth (Angela) of Morehouse, Missouri; the mother of his children Catrina A. Woodworth; and his grandsons, Jayden Bailey and Jax Bailey.
