He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffie Loflin, Jr. and Patricia Ann Cook Loflin. He is survived by: his daughter Angel Garnes of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also survived by two aunts and two uncles; twenty-three cousins and many friends.
