She is survived by: her husband Mike Hammontree; her children, Matthew Everly of East Prairie, Michael Everly of Rombauer, Missouri and Melissa Everly of East Prairie; her siblings, Eddie Moorefield of Alton, Illinois and Annette Moore of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; and her grandchildren, Autumn Mobley, Zane Mobley, Rowan Everly and Oaklyn Everly.
