He is survived by: his wife April Fritsch; his children, David Ray Sprinkles of East Prairie and Samantha Ivie (Joe) of East Prairie; his siblings, Kenny Sprinkles of Pocahontas, James Sprinkles of East Prairie, Stevie Sprinkles of East Prairie, Henry Sprinkles (Shelly) of East Prairie, Mike Sprinkles (Peggy) of East Prairie, Sheila Tubbs (Don) of Benton, Sandra Sprinkles of East Prairie and Shelly Bisher of East Prairie; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Ivie, Abigail Sprinkles and Kyleigh Sprinkles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
