We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2020, at the age of 48, David Paul Kemp of East Prairie, Missouri, born in Memphis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Reed Yancy; his son David Gene Kemp; and his sister Paula Lynn Kemp. He is survived by: his mother Vicky Lynn Kemp Burrow; his children, Kassie Marie Kemp, Cody Kemp and Stephen Kemp; his siblings, Shawna Jean Saladino and Kenneth Lee Burrow; his uncle Timothy Wayne Kemp; and his stepfather Lee "Cowboy" Rubio.
